U.S. Travel Association’s IPW celebrated its 50th anniversary in Denver, Colorado from May 19-23 this year. A large number of Australia and New Zealand delegates, including leading trade and media.
Brand USA returned as the premier sponsor and made a number of exciting new announcements, including results of the latest ROI study showing that its activity has driven 5.4 million incremental visitors who spent $17.7 billion on U.S. travel; a new travel trade website; a new musical consumer marketing campaign; the launch of GoUSA TV; plus news that Brand USA Australia and New Zealand is planning its biggest and best ever travel agent MegaFam this year. The event was a smashing success!
Delegates from Australia and New Zealand enjoyed spectacular events from the host destination, Visit Denver, including events at Mile High Stadium and a closing party at the iconic Red Rocks amphitheatre where local band One Republic performed.
As premier host, Brand USA hosted a luncheon, launching a range of music themed activity for 2018 and beyond, including a performance from the “Love Shack” singing- B-52’s.
